P1 to P4 joined together in the hall this morning and were joined by nurse Hannah. She taught us how to keep our bodies healthy by eating well, exercising, brushing our teeth and getting lots of sleep! We looked at the organs inside our body and discussed their important roles. To finish off, Hannah read us a story which taught us about how to look for a healthy rainbow of food - I think there may be a few volunteers offering to help with the shopping this weekend!
